The Community-Led Local Development approach aims to create better economic, social and environmental conditions, stimulate the local economy and improve the quality of life and the business environment in the territory of the Elena and Zlataritsa Municipalities LAG.
The total grant funding under the CLLD Strategy is EUR 2,299,665.62, of which EUR 1,724,973.55 is allocated to CLLD Strategy projects and EUR 574,692.07 to strategy management, monitoring, evaluation and promotion.
The deadline for completing activities under CLLD Strategy projects is 15 September 2029.

This website was created under Administrative Contract No. RD 50-60/23.01.2026 for grant funding for the management, monitoring, evaluation and promotion of the strategy and under Agreement No. RD 50-11/20.01.2026 for implementation of a Community-Led Local Development Strategy, concluded between the Elena and Zlataritsa Municipalities LAG and the Managing Authority of Bulgaria’s Strategic Plan for Agricultural and Rural Development 2023–2027 under intervention II.G.5, co-funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
