INVITATION
Dear members of the General Assembly
of the Association “MIG Municipalities of Elena and Zlataritsa”,
On the basis of Art. 26 par. 1 of the Statute of the Association “MIG Municipalities of Elena and Zlataritsa” The Management Board convenes a regular General Assembly of the association, which will be held on 29.01.2026 /Thursday/ from 11.30 a.m. in the theater hall of the Elena Community Center, located in the city of Elena, 25 Pop Sava Katrafilov St., 2nd floor with the following agenda:
- Adoption of an annual activity report for 2025;
- Report on the implementation of the Activity Program for 2025;
- Adoption of an annual report on the implementation of the SVOMR under sub-measure 19.2;
- Adoption of an annual report on the implementation of activities and expenses for 2025 under sub-measure 19.4;
- Adoption of annual financial report for 2025;
- Acceptance of the final report on the implementation of the SVOMR /2016-2025/;
- Determination of membership fees for 2026;
- Organizational and other issues.
Registration starts at 10:30 a.m. in the theater hall of the Elena Community Center, located in the city of Elena, 25 Pop Sava Katrafilov St., 2nd floor. Written materials related to the agenda of the general meeting are available to members at the MIG office at the address Elena, 25 Pop Sava Katrafilov St. from 8:00 a.m. to 17.00 every working day.
In the absence of a quorum, on the basis of Art. 28 of the Statute, the General Assembly will be held on the same day, same place and with the same agenda at 12:30 p.m., regardless of the number of attendees.
According to Art. 24 of the Articles of Association members can delegate their powers and representation before the General Assembly to other members of the association with an express written power of attorney. No member of the General Assembly may represent by delegation more than three members at the same time, nor re-authorize third parties with his delegated rights.
